was born in Odessa City, in 1952. He received an electric engineer degree in computer engineering at Odessa Polytechnic Institute, in 1974 and the Ph.D. degree in information technology at Odessa National University, in 2007.
From 1974 to 1976, he was an engineer at the Computer Department of Odessa Polytechnic Institute. From 1976 to 1979, he was a postgraduate student of Odessa Polytechnic Institute. From 1980 to 1991 he was head of the research sector and department of the computer design bureau. From 1991 to 2007, he was the senior lecturer with the Department of Computer of Odessa Polytechnic University. From 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor at the Computer Intellectual Systems and Networks Department of Odessa National Polytechnic University. He is an author of two books, more than 100 articles.
