received an M.S. degree in Information and Measuring Radio Equipment at Lviv Polytechnic National University in 1968. He earned his Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering at Lviv Phys- ics and Mechanics Institute, Ukrai- nian National Academy of Science, 1978 and his Doctor of Technical Sciences Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Leningrad Electrotechnic Institute, 1988.
He is a Professor at the Department for Information Computer Systems and Control, at West Ukrainian National University and a Professor at the Department for Informatics and Teleinformatics, Kazimierz Pulaski University of Technol- ogy and Humanities in Radom, Poland.
