The main task of the editorial board is to provide researchers by the opportunity to publish their manuscripts in the scientific publication – the Proceedings of Lviv Polytechnic National University, series "Computer Systems and Networks." The journal is an open source scientific publication that publishes new and high-quality research results in the field of computer systems and technologies, computer networks and network technologies, cyber-physical systems, Internet of things, information technology, including synthesis and analysis of computer and cyber-physical systems, networks and their components, signal and image processing, computer facilities for artificial intelligence, tools for computer aided design of computer facilities, information security tools for computer systems, computer networks and cyber-physical systems.
The editorial board is guided in its work by the international ethics of scientific publications and supports open access policy. In order to obtain high-quality results, all submitted manuscripts are reviewed by two reviewers who are leading scientists in the relevant field. The average time from the submission of the manuscript to the first decision is 4 weeks. Conclusions and comments of reviewers are sent to authors and stored at the university. Corrected version of the manuscript must be returned to the editorial board no later than 15 days after receiving of the remarks. Otherwise, the manuscript may be rejected. Before publishing, all manuscripts are edited and tested for plagiarism. In case of plagiarism, the manuscript will be rejected.
