The results of complex studies carried out in the territory of the Apsheron Peninsula, in oil fields, are presented. A table is compiled comparing the speed of modern vertical movements of the earth's surface and average annual oil production by wells in the same oil fields. It is revealed that not only the extraction of oil acts on the movement of the earth's crust, but also the influencing deep tectonic amplifications.
