The influence of the motion of the pole and the variation of the angular velocity of the Earth's rotation on the variations of the acceleration of the weight force for the points of Ukraine is analyzed. It is shown that when performing high-precision absolute measurements of weight acceleration, one must take into account the movement of the poles.
