On an original technique is executed processing of a state leveling network of 2 class of Ukraine. The sizes of a casual, regular error leveling are determined and the distortions of a network by deformations of a terrestrial surface are appreciated. The results of measurements in view of the appropriate amendments can be reduced on any epoch. The final meanings  (importance)  of  errors  and  mistakes  of  their  definition  make:  casual - η = 1,057 ±0,180 mm/km, regular - σ = 0,098 ± 0,018 mm/km, for deformation of a terrestrial surface - ζ = 0,008 ± 0.003 mm/km (year).
