The brief description algorithmic bases and results applications of a new method quasiextremums of quadratic functional (MQEQF) in examples to study a deep structure and prospects potentialities of oil and gas content in East part Prydobrudjya deflection and local structures in the water area of the Black See is resulted and for realization deep research in a section of Akhtyrka on standart territories with a known and unknown geological structure is given. The MQEQF is a new and perspective direction in prospecting geo-physics and will be usefull by searches and investigations in various deposits of minerals.
