In this paper dependence of the area determination errors on the geodetic measuring and form
of the areas was examined. It was established that accuracy of the areas determination depend
on accuracy of the line measuring (co-ordinate accuracy) and length of the figure diagonals.
Exceeded dependence permit to estimate area determination accuracy simply and reliable
as from field measuring such from graphic data, and to solve reverse task.
