The method and corresponding software aimed to carry out morphological analysis of structure skeleton by SEM inniges are described. The method implies disctrete Voronoi diagraim utilization. These diagrams enable to separate contacting stuctural elements.

The obtained experimental data confirm the eficiencyof the method suggested for morfological
analysis of solids surface microstructure in SEM.
