The equipment with modern amenities of arable lands of the accrued agricultural enterprises consists in creation of territorial terms for the rise of culture of agriculture, renewal and increase of fertility of soil and on this basis of increase of gross production of agricultural goods and also the rational use of technique and labour resources.
