Using problem-oriented GIS technologies for the purpose of cadastral evaluation of real estate

For the organization of GIS cadastre assessment of real estate it  must be solved the problem of formalization of descriptions of the functional relationships of the objects of evaluation with the urban environment, as well as relations with the market environment for determining the flow of income and costs of the facility estimation and adequate transformation and using this information.
