Composition and Physico-Chemical Properties of Ukrainian Kaolins Surface

The results of comprehensive researches of the physico-chemical properties of kaolins as extenders of water-dispersion paints are shown in the article. The results of RF-analysis, energy state estimation of researched kaolins surface with different content of nonclay components and index ordering of the crystal structure are analyzed. Quantitative IR-analysis of basic functional groups of kaolins surface has been conducted to estimate their reactivity.
