Design peculiarities of multi-level systems for technical diagnostics of electrical machines

The main goal of the paper is the development of structure of intelligent distributed multi-level system for technical diagnostics of electrical machines. The system implements the following principles: distribution of computational resources among different levels of the system to provide required periodicity of measurements and signal processing; structuring of the diagnostic information on hierarchical principle; classification of the diagnostic information in accordance with its importance for the optimization of information exchange.
