On diminution of the disturbing potential in case proceed to regional ellipsoid

The proportional coefficient of the disturbing potential for the regional and solid ellipsoids have been derived and computed. Have been showed, that the change of the solid ellipsoid by the regional ellipsoid (the best fit for the Ukraine) give the possibility to diminish value of the basic term of the disturbing potential about 15 time and value of the remaining term of the disturbing potential about 3000 time.
