IDENTIFICATION OF FOOD PRODUCTS WITH ADDITIVE E621 ACCORDING TO ADMITTANCE PARAMETERS

Methods and means of identification of food products containing the additive E621 are considered in the work. The results of studies of food products with/without an additive are analyzed by the method of impedance spectroscopy. To detect an additive in a food product, identifying features that can be used have been determined. Informative parameters are the active and reactive components of the admittance of the food product.

DETECTION OF FALSIFICATION OF HORILKA BY ADMITTANCE SPECTROSCOPY

The methods of quality control of horilka by electrical parameters, in particular, dielectric constant, specific conductivity, and imitation components are analyzed. The research results of individual samples of alcohol solutions and horilkas of different brands by the method of admittance spectroscopy were also analyzed. Based on this, methods for detecting falsification of horilka products by the method of admittance spectroscopy are proposed. The reactive component of the control object's ad is selected as an informative parameter. Two types of falsification are analyzed.

Electromagnetic earthquake precursory signatures in the ULF RANGE: perspectives of the studies

Interest in research on the detection of earthquake (EQ) precursors is growing year by year. In this direction, the paper analysed the results of earlier studies, as well as positive results of some studies conducted in the last 5 years. In particular, during the study of EQs, ultra-low frequency (ULF) precursors attract special attention. The study compared the results of electromagnetic (EM) monitoring studies conducted in the ULF range in earlier years and the results of EM monitoring studies conducted in the last 5 years have been compared.

MINERAL WATERS STUDY WITH HELP OF ADMITTANCE SPECTROSCOPY

The paper proposes a method of identification of mineral waters by components of their immittance. The active and reactive components of the admittances are selected as such components. We received the results of experimental researches on components of admittance of mineral waters of different types in the frequency range of the test signal. Experimental researches were performed on real samples of mineral waters. Analysis of the results showed the following. Among all types of samples, Polyana Kvasova water differs significantly in electrical parameters.

IDENTIFICATION OF FRESH AND THAWED MEAT BY IMPEDANCE SPECTROSCOPY

The freshness of the meat is one of the indexes of its quality. However, it is often frozen to be transported and stored. After unfreezing, it is offered to a consumer as a fresh one. Quality of that meat is worse, but the price is, mainly, identical to the cost of meat that wasn’t frozen.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE NEAR-ELECTRODE IMPEDANCE OF THE CAPACITIVE SENSOR ON THE RESULT OF MEASURING THE ACTIVE AND REACTIVE COMPONENTS OF THE IMMITANCE

Influence of near-electrode impedance of capacitive sensor on result of measuring the active and reactive components of the admittance of electrolytic objects is considered. Near-electrode impedance is formed by capacity of the double layer and the Warburg impedance. Reactive and active components of admittance are the informative parameters of object’s electro physical parameters, in particular dielectric permittivity and specific conductivity.

Study of electrophysical parameters of oil liquids in an electromagnet field

Reviewed the main methods of using essential oils in aromatherapy, medicine, food and pharmaceutical industries. Formulated the concept of quality essential oils that covers their effectiveness and harmlessness. Found factors that affect the main warehouse oils and factors, that depends on the content of individual substances in essential oils. Set forth basic indicators of the quality of essential oils and the conditions of getting from plants. Described the such problem of the quality of essential oils as falsification.

Analysis of boundary conditions of efficiency for immitance measuring transducers based on operational amplifiers

Development of specialized portable measurement tools for impedance spectroscopy is quite challenging and up-to-date technical task. Portable impedance analyzers are required to satisfy certain criteria among which the most important are the following: stability of metrological characteristics of measurement channel over a wide frequency range, high dynamics, fast frequency sweep and the probe signal with appropriate step as well as high resolution of impedance/admittance measurement results. Autobalancing circuits are widely used in impedance analyzers design.
