Antioxidant activity of heterocyclic amino containing derivatives of naphthoquinone and their compositions with surface-active rhamnolipids

 Composite preparations based on heterocyclic amine-containing naphthoquinone derivatives and surfactant rhamnolipids were obtained. The intensity of the processes of lipid peroxidation (LPO), oxidative modification of proteins (OMB) and radical-absorbing activity against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DFPG) was studied. Compounds exhibiting high antioxidant activity against LPO and OMB processes were identified, namely: 2-[(6-(4-fluorophenyl-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl) phenyl)amino]naphthalene-1,4-dione 1d and its composite preparation with rhamnolipid 1d + RL.

Antioxidant Activity and Phytochemical Screening of the Apricot Cake Extract: Experimental and Theoretical Studies

The aim of this study was to determine the chemical composition and antioxidant potential of the apricot cakepomace extract (АСЕAPE). The apricot cakepomace was extracted using ethanol (EtOH), silicone (D5) and a mixture of silicone and ethanol. The chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The antioxidant capacity was evaluated using a variety of antioxidant assays (total antioxidant activity, reducing power and catalase activity).

SPRING PRECIOUS PRESENTATION – SOURCE OF PHENOL COMPOUNDS WITH ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY

The paper provides generalized information on the pharmacological properties, chemical
composition and use of primrose (Primula veris) in folk and official medicine. It has been
established that only 9 medicines on the basis of extracts from roots or flowers of the primrose
with a cup used in diseases of the respiratory system are registered in the pharmaceutical
market of Ukraine. In addition, the content of extractives, phenolic compounds, flavonoids,
antioxidant activity of tincture of grass of the primrose of spring is determined.

Дослідження антиоксидантної активності екстрактів лікарських рослин

Досліджено інтенсивність процесів пероксидного окиснення ліпідів (ПОЛ) та
окисної модифікації білків (ОМБ) екстрактів зі шроту лікарських рослин материнки
звичайної (Origanum vulgare L.), моркви дикої (Daucus carota), хмелю звичайного
(Humulus lupulus). Порівняно їхні активності з відомим антиоксидантом – аскорбіновою
кислотою. Встановлено, що за дії всіх досліджуваних екстрактів лікарських речовин
спостерігається гальмування вільнорадикальних процесів за двома показниками
