For ensuring sage conditions of maintenance of buildings and structures, primary importance is supporting of its due technical state, displaying of its physical depreciation and causes, which determine its technical state. The vibration, among of all types of mechanical effects, is the most dangerous for engineering structures. The destruction of structures comes by vibrational influences under conditions of resonance. This process is very fast and it comes frequently.
The need for strengthening of precast concrete structures in service occurs not only in reconstruction cases because of their physical deterioration but also as a result of seismic effects. In seismic regions (Uzhgorod belongs to those regions with seismicity of 7 points) it is extremely important to make calculations of the structure on seismicity, as well as design and quality of production of precast bearing concrete structures in case of specific loadings.
The operation of hopper devices, which are used in industry, civil engineering, agriculture and transport, is analyzed on the article. The external factors, which influence the process of charging, storing and discharging of loose cargo (freights) from hopper tanks, are overviewed. The subject of research of presented paper is the improvement of mechanisms of fracturing of products hangs-up (bridges) in hoppers at the stage of designing and setting up of hopper devices.
