Correlation of scientific approaches to the definition of justice

A review of scientific perspectives on the definition of justice demonstrates its ambiguity and problematic nature, and consequently updates its research. The article analyzes the theoretical works of well-known scientists constitutional provisions on justice and defines modern approaches to the interpretation of this concept. Justice has been found to be the solution of certain disputes (conflicts) by the courts on the basis of law, which is equal to justice, equality, freedom and humanism. It is argued that justice is ontologically meaningful only in the dimension of justice.
