Lviv region

The article is devoted to the influence of terrain, landscapes, and meteorological conditions on the establishment of air quality monitoring points in the relevant territory of the Lviv region. The main factors affecting the distribution of the concentration of pollutants in atmospheric air during the design of air monitoring stations have been determined.

This article aims to give a complete picture of preserved 17th-century bastion castles in the Lviv Region in Ukraine with their current conditions.

The palaces of the romantic style, built in the Lviv region in the XIX - early twentieth century, included a number of architectural and landscape elements that created a unique and harmonious ensemble. Today, practically there are no objects that completely preserved their original appearance. Architectural and landscape-compositional features of such ensembles remain undervalued and require professional attention. It is important to analyze their current function to determine the prospects for their further use, restoration and rational conservation.

This paper attempts to characterize the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine and analyzes the heat supply complex on the example of Lviv region. The main problems in the field are highlighted. The ways of diversifying fuel and energy resources of Ukraine are determined. The basic directions of implementing the alternative energy sources are analyzed. A comprehensive description of the alternative and renewable energy sources potential, on the examples of different regions of Ukraine, is provided.

Development of investment activities in Lviv region has been considered with the aim to discover opportunities of increasing the efficiency of using the investment resources attracted to the region.
