Business limitations for legislators as measure of lustration
The article is devoted to business restriction established by law for the members of parliament of Ukraine. The analysis of the problem of corporate rights owned by the People’s Deputies in the context of lustration has been made. The relevant international experience on this issue was considered. The reasons for non-use of the existing mechanism in the law of lustration in this area was revealed.
