Regulatory framework of the right to social protection
In the article the scientific and theoretical analysis of the regulatory framework of social protection of participants of the antiterrorist operation and their families; analyzed a list of basic legal acts regulating the issues of social protection of participants of the antiterrorist operation, and classified regulations on social protection of participants of the antiterrorist operation and their families, by their classification.
