Mastering subject field philosophical and legal ideas law for Galicia
In this artickle the author tries to outline problems of native research of Antient Rus,
which owing to their ideology and patriotism, founded the basis of spreading of philisophical
and legal ideas in the culture of the East Slav during cristianization of Rus, in mental culture
of Ukraine in XIII-XV centuries in the prosses of ukrainian pre-Renaissance in the Western territories of Ukraine. These are those ideas, which united all national intentions by the one
side and by the other side they showed the origination of own conception
