THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD AND THE DUTIES OF THE JOURNALIST: THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE MORAL NORMS OF JOURNALISM ABOUT CHILDREN
The article is methodically and compositionally subordinated to the ideological design of the investigation, which consists in determining the degree of legitimacy of moral norms of 111 journalism concerning children. Сonsequently, the main focus of the exploration is on identifying legal arguments to confirm or wave aside the provisions of professional ethics which regulate the activities of international and Ukrainian journalists in the preparation of materials concerningchildren.
