Comparative analysis of the institution of inheritance by law Kievan Rus and independent Ukraine
The article investigates the sources of law Kievan Rus and independent Ukraine that regulate Institute of inheritance. The author examines and analyzes the key provisions of the “Russian Truth”, the Civil Code of the USSR, the Civil Code of Ukraine concerning inheritance, circle heirs, including the right to a compulsory share of inheritance.
