The object of scientific research is corruption acts committed by general entities in the field of labor relations. Unfortunately, scientists tend to fragmentaryly cover certain provisions characterizing corruption in the field of labor relations.
Problem setting. More recently, the problem of the shortage of skilled personnel in Ukraine has become significantly aggravated, primarily due to emigratory mood of young people. To maximize the implementation of labor potential, it is necessary to identify and minimize the relevant human resource risks that may arise during the development of the organization, in particular of local authorities. After all, the functioning of many spheres of the state as a whole depends on the efficiency of local governments activities.
The article focuses on the role of civil society and the media in the fight against corruption. It has been proven that effective anti-corruption activities seem impossible without the participation of society. The public, on the one hand, is a force capable of breaking the circle of continuous corruption in the state, and on the other, without its support, interaction with civil society institutions, anti-corruption activities of public authorities seem ineffective.
