oligomerization

С9 fraction oligomerization with the use 2-(tert-butylperoxymethylamino)acetic acid

The oligomerization in solution and suspension oligomerization of the fraction C9 of liquid by-products of pyrolysis of diesel fuel is initiated by 2- (third-butylperoxymethylamineo) acetate acid have been studied. The nature of the effect of oligomerization, the concentration of the initiator, the temperature and duration of the reaction to the output and the physicochemical characteristics of the obtained oligomers were clarified. The optimal technological parameters of the process of oligomerization of the fraction C9 were selected.

C9 Fraction inverse emulsion oligomerization conditions and characteristics of petroleum resins correlation

It has been studied the production of petroleum resins by low-temperature inverse emulsion oligomerization of C9 fraction of diesel fuel pyrolysis liquid by-products. It is established that the determining factors of the C9 fraction of the inverse emulsion oligomerization are the following: reaction time, emulsifier concentration and phase ratio.  Yield and physicochemical characteristics of oligomers сorrelations were established.

Сomparative study of the hydrocarbon resins production of by the С9 fraction emulsion and suspension oligomerization

The production of a hydrocarbon resins (co-oligomers) by low-temperature dispersion co-oligomerization of C9 fraction of diesel fuel pyrolysis liquid by-products was researched. This method allows to reduce the temperature of the process. The synthesis was carried out by emulsion and suspension co-oligomerization. The main regularities of the suspension and emulsion oligomerization of the hydrocarbon fraction C9 are established. The effect of temperature, initiator concentration and process duration on the yield, physical and chemical properties of synthesized oligomers were investigated.

THE INFLUENCE OF EXPOSURE TIME ON CHANGING OF THE PROPERTIES OF THE SODA SOLUTION OF QUINHYDRONE DURING THE QUINHYDRONE CATALYST PREPARATION

In the quinhydrone method of gases purification from hydrogen sulfide as an oxidizer of chemosorbed hydrogen sulfide, a quinhydrone catalyst is used. It is obtained by oligomerization of benzoquinhydrone in an alkaline solution. The oxidation-reducing properties of the quinhydrone catalyst are very important for the process of gases purification from hydrogen sulfide.

OBTAINED CARBOXULCONTAINED OLIGOMERS ON THE BASE C5 FRACTION LIQUID PRODUCTS OF PYROLYSIS

The fundamental drawbacks of world industrial such us petrochemical and reprocessing are instability of the properties and inhomogeneity of product lots over the year. The principle of formulating the replacements for the stock is one of the main causes why the quantity does not meet the replacements of the standards. The tendency toward a permanent increase in cost of the feedstocks is also observed on the world market.
