Research of influence of oscillations of tool-part system on roughness of surface layer during high-speed friction strengthening

During the discontinued friction strengthening except of the high-speed friction the processes of high-frequency shock loadings appears in the tool-part contact zone. The vibrations occur in the machine elastic system. During the vibrations of elastic systems, in the material of elastic elements and in the connecting units of the structure parts the energy dissipation into the ambient medium takes place. The energy dissipation of vibrations occurs due to the influence of the inelastic resistance forces on which the energy of the oscillatory system is spent.

Low vibrokavitator for cavitation processing chemically active fluids, fluids under pressure and at elevated temperatures

The description of law frequency vibrocavitator design for cavitational processing of chemically active liquids, liquids under pressure and high temperature is carried out. Its basic design and technological parameters are set up; by controlling them one can choose optimal regimes of cavitational processing. A special device for choosing range frequency fluctuation of cavitation breakers is developed.

Determining the frequency characteristics of the elastic element dynamic quencher fluctuations.

The paper deals with the application of a new method of stress state analysis for the specified influence of the layered beams with masses on their dynamic characteristics. The proposed theoretical model takes into account layer deformation considering a transversal displased deformation, general deformation and strain. Numerical examples are under discussion: the frequency spectrum and damping dependence from the anisotropy of mechanical properties of layer beams. The results are used for optimal design of dynamic quencher fluctuations.

Rational synthesis of two-frequency resonance vibratory machines

The article tackles the problem of the synthesis of the two-frequency resonance oscillations in the three-mass oscillating system. The stiffness coefficient which provides the multiple two-frequency resonance mode in the case of modernization of the two-mass resonance machines with an electromagnetic drive is defined. The influence of inertance of oscillation mass on the characteristics of working mass acceleration is determined – the maximal value and the correlation between harmonics.
