Legal anthropology of personality: dilemmas of individual and social
This article is devoted to one of the main problems of the philosophy of law, namely personal and social dilemma in the formation of personality. The purpose of this article is to focus on solving the fundamental problems of social science: anthropology formation through the low prism of individual and social determinants. The author carried out the correlation between individual and social factors of identity formation and the formation of man as a full member of society.
