In the article the theoretical foundations enforcement policy for the protection of human rights in Ukraine association with the European Union. Identify ways of increasing the efficiency of enforcement based on an analysis of the European Court of Human Rights on the application of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in domestic law enforcement activities.
