The article is a studio prologue to the study of a complex large-scale scientific problem, which can be described as “journalism and the culture of childhood”. The basic question of this scientific area is the image of the child who forms the media. The key is that a child is a legal entity or a dispossessed entity.
The article is methodically and compositionally subordinated to the ideological design of the investigation, which consists in determining the degree of legitimacy of moral norms of 111 journalism concerning children. Сonsequently, the main focus of the exploration is on identifying legal arguments to confirm or wave aside the provisions of professional ethics which regulate the activities of international and Ukrainian journalists in the preparation of materials concerningchildren.
