The Issue of Protecting the Main Drive of the Diffusion Apparatus DDS-30 (Ds-12)
The article analyzes main elements and types of protection for electric drive of the diffusion apparatus. To protect the mechanical part of the diffusion apparatus, a modernized differential protection circuit is proposed. The method of determination of basic parameters and elements of protection systems is offered.
