The general formulation of the issue and its connection with important scientific and practical tasks. Youth policy is very important for any country because young people are the main resource for the future development of the state. Ukraine is no exception, and youth policy presents great importance from the scientific perspective.
Formulation of the problem. The year 2020 convinced the whole world that the Internet is one of the best channels for transmitting information, selling goods and providing services, because thanks to its use, a certain part of businesses avoided bankruptcy, and some companies were able to increase sales and, most importantly, meet the needs of almost all spheres of life in society in crisis conditions.
The term public is an established term used in the scientific and political- administrative terminology of Western societies. It denotes a certain basic concept of social relations on which these societies are built. Such terms as public sphere, public service, public enterprises, public administration, public policy have become widely used. At the same time, in Ukraine, despite the changes that took place after 2014, until now, the dominant concept of the political and administrative sphere remains the state.
Annotation. In today's world, the impact of technology on international relations and the legal system is rapidly increasing, which is due, in particular, to the development of information technology. Globalisation has covered the economic, political and cultural spheres of society, which has led to the relevance of this work.
The article is devoted to the study of modern trends in digitalization of public administration. In general, the tendency to transfer the sphere of public administration to a digital format is positively evaluated, because for citizens, digitalization simplifies communication with the authorities and eliminates corruption risks, and for the state, this process means optimization and transparency in activities.
Annotation. Problem setting. Modern realities in Ukraine actualize the need for a significant modernization of public administration through the introduction of modern approaches in the implementation of the social function of the state, improvement of the public management practice of implementing social priorities.
Formulation of the problem. Reforming of the public administration begun with Ukraine’s independence, starting with the collapse of the Soviet system, and up until now, when decentralization gradually forms an effective system of interaction between authorities at all levels. However, political and economic crises, pandemics and war force scientists and practitioners to look for survival mechanisms.
Statement of the problem. Employment of the population and reduction of unemployment rate are priority objectives for economic recovery in the country suffering from the hybrid war for many years, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic for two years, and involved into the full-scale war since February 24, 2022 that results in joblessness for thousands of people, destruction of the businesses, equipment and facilities, as well as the natural resources of Ukraine.
Problem setting. The public policy in the field of digitization is aimed at forming a qualitative basis for technological evolution and creating conditions for sustainable progress in all spheres of human and society’s life. Currently, the process of digital transformation of public administration is one of the priority directions in the conditions of increasing global challenges of digital technological development.
