The structure of IT-project management and the methods of operational risk management of IT-projects have been investigated in the article.
Nowadays one of the characteristic features of society's functioning is high uncertainty. This is manifested in the impossibility of predicting future events, which creates fear and apprehension to perform some activity in order to protect oneself from undesirable consequences. Uncertainty is the prerequisite for the risks emergence.
Risk is an integral part of the economic activity of any organizations that operate on the market in conditions of competition under the influence of external and internal environments. The word risk is often synonymous with loss, failure, which leads to negative consequences. However, no matter how many scientific or practical works are devoted to this issue, it will continue to be relevant, as the world becomes more changeable and threats have become an integral part of our lives. The purpose of the research presented in this article is to analyse landslide hazards by assessing the impact of the natural component of factors on land use within the Kosiv district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. This article provides a theoretical study and generalization of the definition of the essence of danger, threat and risk in the economic security of an enterprise. The presence of danger creates a system of organizational and economic actions to protect the enterprise from the onset of risk. Schematically, the interdependence of these categories is shown which correlate with each other. At the same time, the systematization method was used to identify deterministic features and the grouping method to clarify conceptual approaches.
The article is devoted to the study of theoretical principles of risk management in customs sphere. In the customs sphere, the most common risks arise when declaring goods in the appropriate regimes - this allows to reduce duty rates or provide exemptions from taxation; when declaring an un- reliable product code according to the UKG FEA, which is also an attempt to evade taxation.
