First code of ukrainian law and institutional legal argument
In the works of the researchers The Russian Truth appears as a normative legal act, or even a set of laws. There are opinions about The Russian Truth as a vault of customs or a set of judicial precedents. The questions about the legal nature of the first code of Ukrainian law and the institutionalization of legal reasoning are discussed.
