Model and Method of Solid Household Waste Sorting for Their Effective Thermal Disposal

The work considers the development of a simulation model and an automated method of sorting solid household waste based on the identification of a portion of the studied raw material with further classification according to accepted groups of characteristic chemical composition. A method of classification of municipal solid waste (MSW) and a method of their identification was proposed, which made it possible to identify groups that produce acid gases. The basis of the method is a simulation model, which is represented by a tabular form of the gross formulas of possible compounds.

WASTE MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS IN THE TERNOPIL REGION

The National Strategy and the National Waste Management Plan in Ukraine until 2030, the regional
program for solid waste management in the Ternopil region for 2018-2020 on the reality of conducting key infrastructure measures and achieving the desired result for society are studied. An improved version of the solid waste management scheme in the Ternopil region and a suitable scheme for solid waste management in the city of Ternopil within the regional complexes for the municipal waste recovery are proposed and the sources of their financing are substantiated.

Automatic Control of Precision Cylinder Parts

The existing methods for control of geometrical dimensions of details were analyzed. The basic scheme of automatic plant for controlling the diameter and ovality of precision cylindrical details by pneumatic method was described. There was given recommendations for the choice of basic parameters of pneumatic measuring system for providing the high precision control process at maximum performance.

Optimization of Structure of Sorting Vibratory Separators

The problem of substantiation of operational efficiency of vibratory separators designed on the basis of vibratory hopper feeders with electromagnetic vibrations exciters and with conic working bowls is considered in the article. The complex of factors influencing the accuracy and productiveness of separation of coins and disk-shaped products on two or more fractions is overviewed. New models of structures for the effective solution of separation problems are proposed.
