International agreements as legal grounds for recognition and enforcement of decisions of Ukrainian courts in the countries of CIS
The article is dedicated to the analysis of international agreements with the participation
of Ukraine on the subject of legal regulation of the procedures of recognition and enforcement
of decisions of Ukrainian courts in the countries of CIS. In particular, there are determined
requirements to the request, grounds for rejection, stages of exequatur, as well as existing
collisions between regulation under these agreements and certain other issues of their
application are revealed
