Contract of carriage passenger and baggage in private international law

The article raised the theoretical aspects of adaptation of national transport legislation with the European Union in the context of the contract of carriage of passengers and baggage 188 in private international law, some aspects of legal regulation in the sphere of responsibility of passenger and baggage, choice of jurisdictions for a dispute which arose in the specific field.
