The article is devoted to the definition of the notion and signs of administrative-legal provision of environmental safety in Ukraine. Special attention is devoted to the analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of administrative-legal provision. The article is devoted to the founding out the content and structure of the administrative-legal provision of ecological security in Ukraine, defines the system of administrative-legal guarantees and measures for maintaining the state of protection of vital interests of a person, society, state, which guarantees the right of every person to a healthy and safe environment.
