Paper Format

The submitted paper must be formatted according to the guidelines of Procedia Computer ScienceMS Word TemplateLatexTemplate Generic, Elsevier.

Paper Length

Submitted technical papers must be 6 pages including all figures, tables and references.

Paper Submission

Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online conference management system in PDF format before the deadline.

The submission processes will be managed by easychair.org. If you have used this system before, you can use the same username and password. If this is your first time using EasyChair, you will need to register for an account by clicking “ I have no EasyChair account” button. Upon completion of registration, you will get a notification email from the system and you are ready for submitting your paper. You can upload and re-upload the paper to the system by the submission due date.

Peer-reviewing

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by thrее scholars on the basis of technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. If necessary, a forth, additional reviewer will be involved. The Program Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation at the workshop. The result of the reviewing will be announced to the submitting authors by email, along with reviewer comments, if any.

Registration

The information about registration fees will be be provided by the Organizers of the main conferences soon: Registration (it is approximatly 450 euros).

Registration includes

  • Access to all plenary talks and all EUSPN, ICTH and affiliated workshops sessions.
  • All coffee breaks and lunches served during conference venue.
  • The banquet is on November 4, 2020. (Note: Student registration does not include a banquet ticket.)
  • Conference kit.

Publication

All accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will be included in the workshop proceedings published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series on-line. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference to present the work.
