In the new economic conditions due to limited energy resources in Ukraine, as well as the privatization of certain energy facilities have become energy losses from the normal reporting rate in one of the control levers of economic efficiency of enterprises energy sector. Among the sites where there are excessive power loss and power generation, electrical distribution network had not attracted much attention. More importantly they had to ensure the necessary level of reliability of electricity consumers. In addition, the data network is not structurally adjusted to the optimal control as had no means teleinformation parameters of the current mode or controls last. The level of energy consumption, saving electricity today is one of the determining factors in the economy of any country. Too countries where acute shortage of energy. Elevated levels of electricity losses during transportation and distribution caused by several reasons. The solution requires reducing energy losses prior to thorough analysis and structuring in order to find the root causes and identify the most effective ways out of the situation. Given the nature of commercial losses direct their definition, even rough, it is not possible or is associated with significant investment. On the other hand, the technical losses by providing relevant information can be determined accurately enough, as it allows you to indirectly analyze and commercial component losses. In addition, the availability of information on the current values of power losses in electric networks allows solving a number of other operational tasks.
