A NEW OBTAINING METHOD OF TUBULAR PRODUCTS BASED ON POLYMER GELS

The method for obtaining composite hydrogel tubular products with the increased strength on the basis of copolymers of 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate with polyvinylpyrrolidone has been developed. The method consists in the formation of hydrogel tubes with a subsequent precipitation from the solution into their outer surface of the reinforced layer based on polyamide, modified with polyvinylpyrrolidone.

RESEARCH OF NANOCOMPOSITE BASED ON POLYVINYL ALCOHOL BY DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIMETRY

The methods of obtaining structured and water-soluble nanocomposite films based on polyvinyl alcohol and intercalated montmorillonite are presented in the paper. The structure and thermophysical characteristics of the obtained films were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. It was found that the modification of polyvinyl alcohol by intercalated montmorillonite reduces the degree of crystallinity of the obtained nanocomposites but significantly increases their heat resistance.

Research of the regularities of obtaining silver nanoparticles with applying of polyvinylpyrolidone and their effect on composite’s fungibactericidal properties

The influence of technological factors on the regularities of obtaining silver nanoparticles using polyvinylpyrrolidone as reducing agent has been researched and its influence in compositions content on antimicrobial properties of last ones have been defined. The impact of temperature and polyvinylpyrrolidone content as well as Ag+ concentration on the kinetics of the reduction reaction of silver ions was determined. Silver-containing composites in the form of porous blocks and films were synthesized and their bactericidal and fungicidal properties were studied.

Regularities of hydrogel films saturation with alcoholic solutions

The results of saturation with alcohol solutions of hydrogel films based on copolymers of polyvinylpyrrolidone with poly-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate have been considered in the paper. The impact of ethanol concentration which is the most often applied for the therapeutic extracts production based on medicinal herbs has been researched. The influence of samples preparation conditions on amount of alcohol-water mixture absorption was also determined.oplastic

Investigation of the properties of nickel-filled copolymers of polyvinylpyrrolidone and hydrogel materials based on them

The properties of nickel-filled copolymers of polyvinylpyrrolidone with 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate and hydrogel materials based on them, obtained by the method of polymerization with simultaneous reduction of metal ions have been investigated. The influence of polymer-monomer composition formulation, content of metal-filler and conditions of Ni2+ reduction reaction on physico-mechanical, sorption, electrical and magnetic characteristics of obtained materials has been established.

Obtaining of nanocomposites based on montmorillonite and polyamide in solution

The method of obtaining nanocomposites based on polyamide-6 and montmorillonite intercalated by polyvinylpyrrolidone by precipitation from a solution in formic acid was developed in the work. The structure and physical interaction between the components of nanocomposites were studied by the methods of XRD, IR spectroscopic, and microscopic analyzes. The presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone in the structure of nanocomposites obtained from the solution was confirmed by IR spectroscopic analysis.

Influence of Polymer-Silicate Nucleator on the Structure and Properties of Polyamide 6

Physico-chemical properties of developed nickel-containing modified silicate materials as the nucleators for composites based on polyamide 6 are presented. As it was established, additive of the nucleator modified by polyvinylpyrrolidone promotes the increase of crystallinity degree of polyamide 6 and the decrease of crystallite size. It was found that changes in the structure of the material cause the increase of its tensile strength, surface hardness and Vicat softening point.

Formation Features of Tubular Products on the Basis of Composite Hydrogels

The method for obtaining composite hydrogel tubular products with the increased strength on the basis of copolymers of 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate with polyvinylpyrrolidone has been developed. The method consists in the formation of hydrogel tubes with a subsequent precipitation from the solution into their outer surface of the reinforced layer based on polyamide, modified with polyvinylpyrrolidone.

The Ultrasonic Effect on Obtaining and Properties of Osteoplastic Porous Composites

The grafted copolymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate to polyvinylpyrrolidone in the presence of mineral fillers (hydroxyapatite, montmorillonite and wollastonite) under ultrasound has been investigated. The effect of ultrasound, nature and amount of mineral filler on the polymerization rate and composition of copolymers has been determined. Ultrasound substantially intensifies the polymerization process and actively affects the formation of the copolymer composition. Under its action, a porous structure of composites is formed, even without adding special foaming agents.

Sonoelectrochemical synthesis of silver nanoparticles in polyvinylpyrrolidone solutions

The results of investigations of the influence of main parameters (surfactant concentration and temperature) on the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by the sonoelectrochemical method in polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) solutions by cyclic voltammetry (CVA) are presented. It is shown that the ultrasonic field (22 kHz) leads to an increase in the anodic and cathodic currents by ~30%.
