The high demand of polymer composite for modern technique causes the need to create new varieties of such materials. At present, the production of a wide range of fillers and polymer matrices has already been produced, which allows the use of polymer composite materials as both structural materials and special purpose materials.
One of the possible ways of restoring and further effective development of the construction industry with small investments is to expand the production and use of low-energy nonclinker binders. The use of gypsum and gypsum-cement-pozzolanic binder, obtained with the use of various waste and related products from other sectors of the national economy is perspective in this direction. It provides an increase of binders` required properties and improves their technical and economic indicators, solving to a certain extent the problems of ecology.
The physico-chemical methods of the research of hydrated cement by mechanoactivated bonding substance with organo-mineral additive (microsilica + C-3) was presented. It was explored the influence of the additive into the kinetics of formation lowly basic calcium hydrosilicate.
Enhancement of physical and mechanical properties and structuring activity of polytetrafluoroethylene as matrix of composites by means of mechanical activation is shown. Operating modes of mechanical activation equipment are defined, in which the service properties of PTFE are maximized. The effect of mechanical activation technology on restructuring and change of morphology and supramolecular structure of PTFE is detected for the first time.
