Limitation of Magnetization Current Inrushes in Electrical Power Supply System of Electric Arc Steel-smelting Furnace With Preliminary Commutation of the Furnace
The possibility of limitation of magnetization current inrushes in electrical power supply system of high-power steel-smelting furnace researched. Named research reviews way of two- stage switching of furnace unit, with decreasing of supply voltage on first stage and feeding furnace with rated voltage on second stage.
