Оптимізація режимів віброрезонансної кавітаційної обробки рідин

The method of vibration of cavitation treatment of substances of liquids and device is described for determination of frequencies of resonances of own vibrations of present in the processed liquids embryos of cavitation. It is proved that optimum are the modes which frequencies of vibrations of cavitation are multiple frequencies of own vibrations of embryos of cavitation at.

Зміна характеристик робочих поверхонь деталей при звуковій вібраційній обробці в пружному середовищі

In the article the considered change of basic tribological descriptions of superficial layer of workings surfaces of pair of friction is at their voice oscillation treatment in a resilient environment. The technological parameters of process of treatment and of principle chart of setting are analysed. The results of conducted experimental treatment of details are rotined.

Estimation parameters unsteady fluctuations crane systems with one degree of freedom of movement in the vibrovyprobuvan of mechatronic controlsystems

When testing the crane systems via the wobble frequency method they undergo the consequent influence of vibrations at all frequencies of the set range. The choice of modes of the crane systems’ accelerated tests with respect to sinusoidal vibration influence at the changing transmitter frequency requires the definition of the dynamic amplitude frequency characteristics (AFC) of items of the cranes’ mechatronic supervision systems (MSS).

Optimal synthesis polyfrequency vibrating systems with an impulsive electromagnetic drive

The article solves the applied problem of the technological efficiency increase of resonant two-mass vibrating machines based on optimization synthesis and frequency analysis of asymmetric piece-linear elastic description. The availability of the poly-frequency spectrum in the resonant mode of machine, operated by impulsive electromagnetic perturbation, is confirmed by the dynamic analysis and numeral system modeling.

Low vibrokavitator for cavitation processing chemically active fluids, fluids under pressure and at elevated temperatures

The description of law frequency vibrocavitator design for cavitational processing of chemically active liquids, liquids under pressure and high temperature is carried out. Its basic design and technological parameters are set up; by controlling them one can choose optimal regimes of cavitational processing. A special device for choosing range frequency fluctuation of cavitation breakers is developed.

Multicriteria analysis of vibro-impact resonant systems with pulsed electromagnetic drive

The article considers two options for accomplishment of vibro-brunt resonant systems with an impulse electromagnetic drive based on asymmetric piecewise elastic characteristics. Basic kinematic, power and energy characteristics of comparative system are presented. Relative and generalized criteria for complex (of multi-criteria) valuation of vibro-brunt system with an impulsive drive are determined.

Rational synthesis of two-frequency resonance vibratory machines

The article tackles the problem of the synthesis of the two-frequency resonance oscillations in the three-mass oscillating system. The stiffness coefficient which provides the multiple two-frequency resonance mode in the case of modernization of the two-mass resonance machines with an electromagnetic drive is defined. The influence of inertance of oscillation mass on the characteristics of working mass acceleration is determined – the maximal value and the correlation between harmonics.

Investigations of Cavitation Processes in Different Types of Emitters Using Sonochemical Analysis

The application limits of optical and sonochemical methods to determine the sizes of cavitation bubbles and their derivatives have been analyzed. The effect of cavitation fields generated using an ultrasonic magnetostrictive oscillator and jet hydrodynamic emitter on the parameters of their acoustic signals has been examined. The bubbles size depending on emitter type and parameters has been determined using sonochemical analysis. The character of the dependence was estimated according to Minnaert formula.
