Influence of Polymer-Silicate Nucleator on the Structure and Properties of Polyamide 6

Physico-chemical properties of developed nickel-containing modified silicate materials as the nucleators for composites based on polyamide 6 are presented. As it was established, additive of the nucleator modified by polyvinylpyrrolidone promotes the increase of crystallinity degree of polyamide 6 and the decrease of crystallite size. It was found that changes in the structure of the material cause the increase of its tensile strength, surface hardness and Vicat softening point.

Kinetics of schoenite crystallization from the suspension of saturated solution and artificial kainite

The conversion of kainite and solution saturated after ore dissolving into schoenite has been studied under laboratory conditions within 293‒333 К for 1 h. The highest conversion was found to be at 333 К for 1 h. Using Arrhenius equation the "apparent" activation energy was calculated. Its value shows the transition area of the conversion. The cooling and conversion were studied under various values of air mixing intensity. The air consumption was determined to achieve the highest conversion.

In this article yields and sequence of crystallization of salts during cooling degreeal partially evaporated solution Каlush tailings were studied. Installed cooling temperature regimes which will provide obtaining sodium chloride, potassium-magnesium fertilizer, epsomite etc. Досліджено виходи і послідовність кристалізації солей під час ступеневого охолодження частково випаруваних розчинів Калуського хвостосховища. Визначено температурні режими охолодження, які забезпечать одержання натрію хлориду, калійно-магнієвого добрива, епсоміту тощо.
