The concept of “land fund of Ukraine” is considered in the article. Characteristics of main land features as common object of land relations and land area as a direct object of land relations are considered. The structure of the land fund is analyzed. Was made an analysis of standard acts that are regulating the realization of geodetic measurements for national landscape cadastre purposes. The research have touched upon the influence of quadratic mean mistakes of boundary-marks coordinates determination on quadratic mean mistake of determination of land parcels areas outside the boundaries of settlements.
In article the estimation of conducting a ground cadastre in foreign countries and Ukraine that will allow to improve them in further in view of market economy is induced.
