The article is devoted to the problem of organization of forensic activity in the process of criminal prosecution and, in general, to the problem of improving the whole procedure of obtaining evidentiary information in the process of criminal proceedings in European countries. Such foreign experience can be, in particular, extremely useful both for the organization of forensic activities in Ukraine and, in general, for improving the whole procedure of obtaining evidentiary information in the course of criminal proceedings in the context of procedural coercion.

Тhe article explores the main provisions of the civil procedural legislation regarding the legal regulation of the institute of other participants in the trial. The author emphasized the relevance of the research topic in the context of reforming the judicial system as a whole and the civil process in particular. Other litigants in civil proceedings form a separate group of civil procedural entities.

In wireless sensor networks (WSN) is important task of self-organization networks. There are many different algorithms for self-organization of such networks. This choice determines the relevance of pre-emptive self-algorithm network with the additional information obtained from experts. In the article features practical application of the analytic hierarchy process to select a preferred algorithm for self-organization in wireless sensor networks.
