У статті на підставі комплексного системного аналізу в умовах реформування економіки розглядається фінансова безпека як об'єкт фінансових кримінальних правопорушень. У дослідженні використано еволюційний, формально-юридичний та порівняльно-правовий методи дослідження кримінально-правових явищ. Заходи кримінально-правового захисту фінансової системи країни у даний час не ефективні, не враховують зміни, які відбуваються у сфері фінансової діяльності держави, що призводить до зміни об’єкта фінансових кримінальних правопорушень. Це зумовлює актуальність дослідження.
