Professor Yurij Shabatura is the head of the Department of Electromechanics and Electronics, Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy. He graduated from the Vinnitsa Polytechnic Institute in 1985. In 1992 he received a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. In 2008, he received a Doctor of Technical Sciences (DSc) degree in Vinnytsia National Technical University, specializing in computer systems and components. He is the author of more than 400 scientific publications, including 52 patents 2 monographs, many articles in periodicals and specialized publications. member of the Academy of Metrology of Ukraine.
