Regular fee: 250 EUR
Accompanying person fee: 90 EUR
The reduced Conference fee might be available for limited number of students and young scientist depending on the amount of sponsor support. To claim a reduced fee they have to apply to Organizing Committee (omee@lpnu.ua) with confirmation of their status until April 10, 2020.
The full and reduced Conference fee include:
- Admission to the plenary and poster sessions
- Admission to the publishing of one conference paper in the open access Acta Physica Polonica A journal.
- Program and electronic book of abstracts
- Conference badge
- Welcome cocktail party
- Refreshments during coffee breaks
- Gala dinner
- Excursion
Accompanying person fee includes welcome cocktail party, Gala dinner and excursion. The Conference fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer or at the Conference desk. All bank charges for the money transfer services must be paid by the participants. The payment options will be provided later.
